The team at Lansa Solutions have extensive experience in the design, documentation and construction of infrastructure and hydraulic services for specialist use buildings, incorporating varying methods of procurement. Our blended skills, both on a technical and personal level, have allowed us to become a successful team which produces high quality designs for our clients. Given Lansa’s unique client base, our staff are highly detail-oriented with a focus on buildability, efficiency and maintainability.
Our team’s capability is specialised and adaptable, providing both 2D and 3D Revit models from Level of Detail (LOD) 100 through to LOD 600. We handle all hydraulic consultancy functions from feasibility, regulatory submissions through to commissioning and facilities performance. Where required, we will engage specialised personnel to assist in projects in order to meet our client’s varying needs.
Craig Luck, Director, Hydraulic Design Manager
Craig Luck is a Licenced Plumber who has been in the design industry for nearly 20 years. He draws on his prior knowledge and experience working on-site in the plumbing trade to enable him to produce detailed design documents, which can be easily interpreted and utilised throughout the building phase. Craig’s strong work ethic, initiative and high-level communication skills allow him to work alongside each client, providing invaluable advice and direction within each project. For the past few years Craig has partnered with a Revit Modeler to provide shop drawings, coordination and value engineering to hydraulic contractors on major projects nationally.
Shelley Neller, Director, BIM Manager
Shelley Neller is a qualified Architectural Technologist whose knowledge and expertise using AutoCad and Revit programs have allowed her to become a leader amongst her peers in this regard. Shelley’s strong background working in small business in the IT industry has given her the skills required to work hard, persist and always seek to improve her knowledge of all computer development systems. Shelley has been in the drafting industry for nearly 15 years and has worked on a multitude of significant projects within both large and small teams. Shelley excels in her ability to communicate with others, which is an asset to the Lansa Solution team. For the past few years Shelley has partnered with a Hydraulic Designer to provide shop drawings, coordination and value engineering to hydraulic contractors on major projects nationally, as well as numerous as built jobs for Other Services.
